Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care in a respectful and gentle manner

• Ensure safety around the home, particularly concerning mobility and fall risks

• Prepare healthy meals, with a focus on diabetes-friendly and low-sodium diets

• Engage in light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comforting environment

• Accompany to appointments and assist with errands

• Handle laundry duties

• Be a listening ear and provide companionship

Requirements:

• At least 2 years caregiving experience

• Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration

• Drivers license ane vehicle

• Experience with or understanding of diabetes and hyperglycemia management

• Familiarity with memory care, particularly short-term memory loss

• Ability to communicate effectively with hard-of-hearing individuals

• Preference will be given to female candidates due to personal care needs
