Key Responsibilities:

• Offer protective shadowing, ensuring her safety as she moves to and from the bathroom or any other parts of the home.

• Assist with night-time routines, ensuring she is comfortable and safe, especially given her neck condition.

• Prepare light meals as needed, ensuring her nutritional needs are met.

• Provide companionship, engaging in conversation and activities as appropriate.

• Assist with the use of mobility aids (walker/cane), ensuring her safety and stability at all times.

• Respond to any needs or concerns she might have throughout the night, providing immediate assistance.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of caregiving experience.

• Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.

• Knowledge in handling mobility aids and understanding the safety precautions for individuals using neck braces.

• Excellent communication skills, with the patience and attentiveness to interact with individuals who are hard of hearing.

• Ability to work overnight shifts and respond promptly to her needs.
