Caregivers (Driving Required)

Looking for caregivers who can drive in Los Angeles and/or San Fernando Valley.

JFS Care is seeking a compassionate and professional full-time and part-time caregivers to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in making a significant difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and companionship. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to help others, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings using either the client's vehicle or your own.

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, including but not limited to personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.

• Offer companionship and engage in activities that enhance the quality of life for our clients.

• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as per the care plan.

• Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients, family members, and the JFS Care team.

• Adhere to all privacy and safety policies and procedures of JFS Care and regulatory bodies.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by JFS Care.

Qualifications:

• Home Care Aide registration

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with a clean driving record.

• Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role.

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physical ability to perform job-related duties, including lifting and transferring clients as needed.
